Ekstrüzyon Levha Nedir?

Ekstrüzyon levhanın en basit tanımı; plastik granüllerin, dönen bir helezyon tarafından ısıtılmış bir silindir boyunca ekstrüder haznesinde beslenip tabaka kalıbına iletilmesidir. Uygulamaya bağlı olarak çeşitli varyasyonları mevcuttur.
Mutcan Plastikte de uygulanabildiği gibi birkaç ekstrüder tarafından beslenerek katmanlı ve eş merkezli ortak ekstrüdatlar yani çok katmanlı levhalar elde edilebilir. Levha daha sonra hat boyunca soğutma merdaneleri aracılığıyla soğutulur ve tercihe göre sarma (bobin) ya da dilme
istasyonlarına taşınır.

What is Extruded Sheet?

The simplest definition of an extrusion sheet is that plastic granules are transferred from the extruder chamber along a cylinder heated by a rotating helix it is fed and transmitted to the layer mold. There are several variations available depending on the application.
As can also be applied in Mutcan Plastic, layered and concentric joint extrudates are fed by several extruders, i.e. multilayer sheets can be obtained. The sheet is then cooled through cooling rollers along the line and wrapped (coil) or slitting according to preference
they move to their stations.
