We offer the layers you need in the best quality so that you can process them in your thermoforming and vacuum technologies.

ABS

ABS raw material, also known as “Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene”, is a light and hard polymer. ABS, which has good electrical insulation, is not affected by water and humidity. It has high chemical resistance. Mutcan ABS series is lightweight, very resistant to high impacts and has a strong surface quality. Mutcan surfaces; It has the ability to offer gloss, matte and super matte.

ABS / ASA

MUTCAN ABS/ASA series is available in glossy, matte and super matte surfaces as well as many embossed surface designs.
Optionally, special UV protection for external applications is also available. For optimum UV resistance, extruded sheets are available with a top layer of weather-resistant ASA.

ABS / PMMA

MUTCAN ABS/PMMA series; It offers co-extruded multilayer composite sheets of ABS and PMMA. It creates a practical combination of both raw materials. ABS/PMMA composition provides increased tensile fracture resistance and color stability. The reinforcement layer gives additional rigidity to the hygienic component. The very good flow properties of the material enable problem-free processing with modern thermoforming machines.

ABS / FABRIC

MUTCAN Fabric Series; It was developed especially for the automotive and vehicle industry. Fabric on ABS with lamination technique
is the process of overlaying. These sheets are then shaped in thermoforming machines, allowing to create perfect textures on the desired surfaces.

ABS / PC FILM

MUTCAN PC series; Since the film-coated sheets processed on ABS with the lamination technique have extraordinary impact resistance, they can be easily applied in luggage production and visually important automotive interior and exterior design products.

ABS TRANSPARENCY

MUTCAN TRANSPARENT ABS series; frequently used in electronic devices, lighting fixtures, display stands, signs, lighting covers, interior coatings, transparent panels and decorative objects.
It provides visibility of internal components, providing a combination of strength and transparency.

ABS / TPE

With its TPE series product range, MUTCAN has developed an excellent base material for different applications with soft touch surfaces in the automotive industry. MUTCAN TPE is a multilayer composite material made of thermoformed polyolefin with a TPE top layer. It is very resistant to scratching. ABS / TPV

MUTCAN TPV (thermoplastic vulcanizate) series has UV & Ozone resistance, low permanent deformation etc. While they contain features, they also have the capacity to work in plastic converting and extrusion machines.

PS

MUTCAN PS (polystyrene) series has developed these composite sheets for vacuum formed components in interior and exterior applications. It has the ability to apply many standard colors, as well as special colors, as well as metallic effects and different embossed patterns. The sheets can be processed without any problems in conventional vacuum forming machines with upper and lower heating and offer application opportunities in many areas.

PE+PS BLEND MİX SHEET

MUTCAN PE+PS BLEND MIX series; It is offered especially for the automotive industry. It was developed to increase impact resistance. It is easy to process and has low density. It is resistant to abrasion and also offers excellent thermal insulation.

PP / TPE

MUTCAN PP/TPE series; Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) combination with soft rubber material such as PP, PBT or PA
They are compounds made of hard Thermoplastic Elastomers and integrated with additives such as oil or filler.
Mutcan can apply PP/TPE sheet for some special products.

HDPE

MUTCAN HDPE (High density polyethylene) series has higher resistance to chemicals than PE-polyethylene. Mechanical properties are very good and especially their impact and tensile strength are high.
Properties can be further improved with various fillers. Its temperature resistance is over 100 °C and it also has a self-lubricating feature.
